From December 4, 2008 to April 30, 2009,
Montréal’s public libraries are issuing a challenge.
The Montréal Public Libraries Network is looking for your creativity. Whatever your profile, motivation, ideas and style are, let your imagination run free, turn on your camera and create a video short about the theme of culture and Montréal.
Make your film stand out from the rest of the Biblioclip entries. Originality and creativity will be the jury’s main selection criteria.
First, second and third place awards will be given out. The winners will receive cultural development assistance bursaries of $4,000 (first place), $2,500 (second place) and $1,000 (third place).
A special jury award (bursary of $2,000) will be granted to a participant or group of participants under the age of 20 who was not selected for one of the three main awards.
Awards will be presented at an evening ceremony in June.
