KO - creating the level playing field

Some blue sky ideas: - Distribution of access technologies/interfaces via KO to people or libraries for a customized plug-in solution. This was tried a few years ago with Web4all - was a great concept but don't think it went anywhere and not sure if it worked in the end. - KO as a central body to work with vendors to ensure databases/info resources are accessible. - linkages to accessible books and information resources - one place to look and available to all types of libraries
