Does your Library have a Coffe / Tea Bar?

The Collingwood Public Library will be moving to a new facility in the fall and we are looking for information about having a Coffee / Tea Bar at the Library. If your Library has one we would appreciate any input you can provide about the operation of this business. Is it an independent business, or a name brand chain? How does the business operate, how is it financed...etc.

You might find it worthwhile to contact the Multnomah County Library. About 10 years ago, they put a Starbucks in the ground floor of their downtown Central library. After about 3 years--as I recall--it was removed because it wasn't making enough money. I know there were concerns with seating... Anyway, they might be able to tell you theirs pros and cons.
