I've recently begun the process of archiving our organization's 40 years of performance data into searchable digital and physical archives. (The 'data' I'm talking about here is ephemera like playbills, posters, scripts, reviews, props, promo material and other theatre-related items, for the most part)

We're planning on using ICA-AtoM as the digital archiving tool - I'm looking for others who've used ICA-AtoM.

I'm also wondering whether or not there are any other arts organization archivists here, and if you're willing to share information about archiving historical materials.
