Hello,

I am considering applying to Western for the MLIS program, but I want to know more about the types of jobs I could get with the degree to see if being a librarian is right for me. I thought volunteering at Superconference might be a good start but is there somewhere else I could try volunteering? I am in Toronto if that helps. I was also wondering if anyone knows whether a public or academic library might allow me to come in and job shadow someone for day. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have.
